Posting constantly, forcing yourself to create Reels, obsessing over the “perfect” Canva font combo to attract high-paying clients… yet, your DMs are still quieter than you’d like.
Meanwhile, the bro-marketing “experts” are shouting things like:
- “Just DM 100 people a day.”
- “Post more to get more followers.”
- “Create FOMO or get left behind.”
- And other sticky tactics that make you want to take a shower just thinking about them.
Yet, somehow, they’re seem to be the ones with booked-out offers…
While you’re genuinely happy for others’ success (of course), this leaves you wondering why you, as an honest entrepreneur, aren’t hitting your income goals consistently… Even though you’ve got real skills, real results, and a real desire to serve!
Here’s what no one’s telling you: High-paying coaching clients don’t fall for the fluff.
They don’t care about your follower count, your aesthetic grid, or how often you post.
They care about one thing: “Can you solve my problem better than anyone else NOW?”
If your content isn’t clearly answering that… well, I’m happy to say you’ve made it to the place where we change that… Right here, right now.
Let’s dive into how to attract high-paying clients, without selling your soul to the algorithm (or the bros)
Here’s what we’re going to talk about:
TL;DR – Key Takeaways: Your content should attract high-paying clients 24/7.
You don’t need more reels, more likes, and definitely not another coaching program from a bro marketer selling screenshots and using tactics that feels slimy… You just need clear messaging, strategic content mapped to how your ideal clients buy, words that connect, sell and keep working for you for years!

Know what high-paying clients actually want (Spoiler alert: It’s NOT a motivational quote!)
High-ticket coaching clients want results. Period.
They’re not scrolling for inspiration, they don’t need more motivational quotes.
And they definitely don’t need tips to reach their next level (whatever that means…)!
They’re looking for someone who gets their problem and has the solution to fix it.
They want to feel seen, understood, and confident that you’ve successfully done this before!
What this means for your content if you want to attract high-paying clients::
- No vague promises like “unlock your potential” that mean everything and nothing… and definitely don’t showcase your expertise. Say exactly what you help with (ex: “Launch your signature group program in 6 weeks without burnout and without a big audience”).
- No fluffy tips they can find on Google. You’re the expert and they need to see it immediately! Be specific. Show depth and thought-leadership.
- Speak their language, not industry jargon. Drop the “I help overwhelmed female entrepreneurs rewire their mindset to remove blocks to success” and speak like a human to real humans (because I promise you, no one is saying this to their bestie!).
If you’re struggling with this, you’re not alone! That’s exactly why I created Sold Out SEO, my 6-month program with live support and access to the community where you learn how to turn your website into your best client-generating asset.
You’ll learn how to optimize your message, write website copy and content that sell and build a permanent marketing system that works for you even when you’re offline. Explore Sold Out SEO here.

Social Media is a trap (and you can step out of it)
Yes, I said it. Social media is a time-wasting trap for most coaches and course creators who want high-quality leads.
Now, I’m NOT saying high-quality leads aren’t on social media! They are.
But most of the strategies you see out there aren’t teaching you how to speak to the high-quality ready-to-buy leads that are already in your audience!
Social media’s algorithm is designed to keep you addicted to scrolling and obsessing over vanity metrics.
Here’s what’s happening with social media:
- The algorithm doesn’t care about your genius. It only cares about:
- if you can entertain and grab attention (or not!) to keep people longer on their platforms… which is why they don’t make links clickable in the captions or encourage link sharing… and while they do have “link” stickers for stories, they still don’t like when you click…
- if you spend a lot of time on their platforms so they can push more ads…
- Vanity metrics won’t pay your bills. Likes aren’t clients. But somehow we were all led to believe the numbers of likes and followers were important… I did fall in this trap a few years ago and I was miserable! And this is also because many “industry leaders” have confused the influencer model with the entrepreneur model!
- Most “strategies” are bro marketing in disguise. Create FOMO, post everyday, manipulate urgency. Gross. Would they do this in real life?
I mean, imagine, you’re walking down the street, passing by a hair salon and the stylist drops everything to run to you, giving you some compliment (or maybe even shaming you) about your hair… just to try and get you in.
Or a mechanic randomly asking you what type of car you drive and insisting you come to his garage NOW because there’s an exclusive deal expiring in 10 minutes?
You wouldn’t see that in real life… so why is it ok to do it online? Ahh I could go on and on, but you get my point…
High-paying clients don’t waste time scrolling Reels.
They Google, stalk your website, read blog posts. They look for real solutions, proof and presence… Not hype!
So if your content lives and dies in a 24-hour story or a Reel, you’re leaving money on the table.
You deserve more than disappearing content and algorithm games.
- Long-term visibility content over exhausting hamster-wheel posting.
- Value-led blogs over shouty Reels with zero depth.
- Owning your expertise over chasing trends.
If you want help shifting into a strategy that works long after you hit “publish” (and we’re talking months and years here), explore Sold Out SEO, you’ll learn how to create a website-first, long-term visibility marketing system that works as hard as you do.

Create your content to match your buyer’s awareness (don’t just “post consistently”)
Content creation isn’t random. It’s strategic!
1) Your content needs to speak to your ideal clients based on where they are in their journey. But with a twist nobody’s telling you about…
A. Awareness (Top of Funnel – casting a wide, yet specific net)
- Show them you understand their problem.
- Example: Blog post: How to craft a coaching offer that converts (without sounding like everyone else)
B. Consideration (Middle of Funnel – they have the awareness, they need to see and consider you)
- Show them how your approach is different and better.
- Example: Case study – “How my client enrolled 2 clients in 2 days before her offer was officially launched using Authority Content only”
C. Decision (Bottom of Funnel – they know you’re the expert and are ready to buy)
- Make it easy for them to buy from YOU.
- Example of a clear call to action: “Book your free consultation to see if we’re the right fit” or “Join Sold Out SEO and start attracting clients to your website in 90 days”
Every piece of content should lead them somewhere… not just leave them hanging with a cute caption or a weak “like and subscribe” call to action (because trust me, that’s how you lose them)!
But here’s the BIG but!
If you’re using this strategy on social media, like everyone tells you: posting awareness one day, consideration the next, and conversion the day after, here’s the problem:
The grumpy algorithm is acting like a roulette in a casino. You never know who’s actually seeing your posts – even if they follow you!
Plus not everyone checks their feed daily (and even when they do, posts still get missed, it happens to me all the time!).
So posting each of these steps on different days has never made sense to me (and trust me, I’ve tried hard to fit in that box, I only made myself miserable, I was forcing something that didn’t seem logical in the first place)
My solution: combining all these phases in ONE post.
That way no matter where your ideal client is in their journey, they’ll always be able to resonate with your posts:
- awareness of their problem and that you GET them
- proof your unique solution works
- a clear and simple next step they can’t resist.
And boom, that’s how you convert lurkers into clients.
2) Clear and targeted messaging converts (Confused prospects don’t become clients)
Most coaches write like they’re talking to everyone. And that’s exactly why their content attracts no one.
Your ideal clients need to feel like you’re speaking directly to them. Your messaging needs to:
- Be super clear on who you help and how
- Make your process and results sound irresistible and achievable
- Pre-qualify your people and repel the freebie-seekers, discount-hunters and tire-kickers (yes,please)
If you’re unsure about how to target your ideal client, you probably need help refining who you’re talking to in the first place. I’m showing you how to do that in the First module of Sold Out SEO to set clear foundations for a website-first marketing system that works for you long term.
Evergreen Content = Recipe for high-paying clients on repeat
Unlike social media, evergreen content (like SEO blogs) keeps working behind the scenes… day and night!
One killer blog post can and will:
- Attract search traffic from action-takers ready to hire you as their coach or join your course
- Build authority without shouting into the void
- Pre-sell your offers while you’re off doing whatever you love and of course, serving your ideal clients.
But that’s only one slice of the pie.
Google loves fresh, high-quality content. Every blog you post is another opportunity to boost your website’s visibility. It tells search engines you’re active, relevant and full of expertise.
The more strategic posts you publish, the more doors you open for ideal clients to find you (SEO for the win!).
The cherry on top?
Unlike a single CTA on social media, blogs give you room to guide readers with multiple calls to action: to book, to browse, stick around, soak up your expertise so they start seeing you as THE go-to expert they need!
If writing blogs seems intimidating but you’d love to give it a go, because you’d rather clean your cats’ litter box than post on Instagram (I get it, I deleted my Instagram), Sold Out SEO is for you.
In 6 months, you’ll get to learn how to:
- make your website easy to find
- write website copy and content that turns visitors into clients
- create a lead magnet and email sequences that take strangers off the internet into your email list to turn them into prospects you can nurture with newsletters
- build a long-term visibility marketing system that works even when you don’t (and you won’t have to use social media if you don’t like them.)

FAQ – How to create content that attracts high-paying clients
Content that attracts high-paying clients is specific about the problem you solve and the results you deliver. It speaks to someone who’s ready to invest in a solution right now, not someone casually browsing for free tips. Browsers want generic advice they can Google. High-paying clients want to see you understand their exact situation and have proof you can fix it. Your content should make them think “this person gets me” in the first few seconds, not “here’s another nice post I’ll save for later and never look at again.”
You don’t need a blog, but relying only on social media means your content disappears in 24 hours and you’re at the mercy of an algorithm that changes constantly. A blog works for you 24/7 and keeps bringing in clients months or even years after you publish it. High-paying clients Google their problems, they don’t scroll Instagram hoping to find someone. If your content only lives on social media, you’re missing the people who are actively searching for what you offer right now with their credit card ready.
SEO takes 3-6 months to gain traction, but some people see traffic and inquiries within weeks if they’re targeting the right keywords and writing clear copy. 6 months is generally for brand new domain names. The difference between evergreen content and social media is that evergreen content keeps working long after you publish it. A blog post you write today can still bring in clients two years from now. Social media posts die in a day. If you want consistent results without posting daily, evergreen content is the only strategy that makes sense.
Buyer awareness is where someone is in their decision-making process. Some people just realized they have a problem (awareness stage), some are comparing solutions (consideration stage), and some are ready to buy right now (decision stage). Most people create content for only one stage and wonder why it’s not converting. The fix is to combine all three stages in one piece of content so no matter where someone is in their journey, they see themselves in your message and know what to do next.
Social media algorithms are unpredictable. Even if someone follows you, they might not see your posts. If you post awareness content on Monday, consideration on Wednesday, and decision on Friday, most people will miss at least two of those posts. When you combine all three stages in one post, anyone who sees it gets the full message. They understand their problem, see why your solution works, and know exactly what to do next. This is how you turn lurkers into clients instead of losing them between posts they never saw.
